Hanson, Mary L. (Perretti) of West Palm Beach, Fla. and West Harwich, Mass. on October 16, 2017. Born and brought up in Everett, also graduated from Everett High School, Class of 1938. Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Hanson. Devoted daughter of the late Elizabeth and Samuel Perretti. Dear sister of the late Henry Tracey, Alice Harring, Carl Perretti, Elizabeth Brogna and Thaddeus Perretti. Cherished Aunt of Dorothy Hearn and husband Donald of West Palm, Fla. and West Harwich, Carl D. Perretti and his late wife, Donna of York, Maine and Everett, Robert Brogna and wife, Danielle of Boynton Beach, Fla. and Harwich, Peter R. Harring and late wife, Joan of Harring, Ariz., Karen McCarthy and husband, Richard of Stuart, Fla., Robert Hanson and wife, Cheryl of Stuart, Fla., Larry Lyons and wife Kathy of Wakefield, Anne DeCarlo of Sandown, N.H. Loving aunt of many deceased nieces and nephews including Donald T. Perretti of Glastonbury, Conn. amd John J. Brogna of Boynton Beach, Fla. Great aunt of Derek Perretti and wife, Brenda of York, Maine, Dale Perretti and wife Lois of Everett and the late David T. Perretti. Great-great-aunt of Rory D. and Derek C. Jr “Dierk” Perretti of York, Maine and many more nieces and nephews. A friend to many including Meredith White, Dennis and Laura Lordan, Terry and Manny Hernandez, Sandy and John Merenda, Ellie and Allen Winecour, Arthur Adduci and Sharon Cosgrove, Vera Lyons, Soty and Bill Pike, Joanne and David Escott, McGinley Family, Rizzo family, Ring Family and Johnson Family. The family would like to thank HarborPoint of Hyannis, and LaPosada of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. for their wonderful care and support.
Funeral services were held in the JF Ward Funeral Home 772 Broadway, Everett on Monday, October 23rd at 10 a.m. Visiting hours were Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Trustbridge Hospice, 5300 E.
