Mr. Albin H. Seyfferth Windham, formerly of Andover - Albin H. Seyfferth passed peacefully on March 5, 2019, in the presence of his loving family after a long illness. Al, as all that knew him called him was born in Lawrence on September 6, 1932, to Harold Seyfferth and Emily (Laird) Seyfferth. He is survived by his loving wife Doris F. (Logan) Seyfferth to whom he was happily married for 61 years.

Al is also survived by his adoring daughters Michelle Rose (Seyfferth) Petrycki and son-in-law Paul T. Petrycki, and Kelley Anne (Seyfferth) Floyd and son-in-law Patrick A. Floyd. He was also the doting Poppy to his grandchildren, Justin P. Floyd, Mikayala R. Floyd, and Holly R. Petrycki.

Albin was a 1950 graduate of Johnson High School in North Andover, and served this nation for two years in the Army during the Korean War. In civilian life he worked at Tyer Rubber and later Converse in Andover for 21 years. He went on to work for Mercury Systems in North Andover repairing athletic shoes for college and professional athletes until his retirement. He enjoyed good food and dining out with his wife. He was also an avid sports fan with the Patriots and Red Sox being his favorite.

Al will be remembered as primarily the best husband, father, and Poppy that any human being could ever be. A hard working, kind and loving man that will live in his family's hearts forever.
