Mr. Kalogianis was a very successful builder and developer and was the proprietor of the well known company Olympic Construction Inc., a company that developed tracts of land, roadways, and built homes. He was a tireless, hard-working businessman for many years, and, in his limited spare time, Mr. Kalogianis enjoyed his cigars, long-distance ocean swimming, travel, and scuba diving. Above and beyond all, he was a devoted father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed.

He was also the former husband of the late Mary Ann (Goulakos) Kalogianis; and the devoted brother of the late Apostolos, John, and Nick Kalogianis.

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 62 Lewis Street, Lowell on Friday, November 20, 2015, at 1 p.m. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Wednesday and Thursday, November 18 and 19, 2015, from 4 to 8 p.m. Entombment will be held at the West Parish Garden Cemetery in Andover.
