Dear Rita, how I will miss you!
You were my maternal grandmother’s last living first cousin. I first met you in the summer of 1959 and knew, even then, as a nine-year old girl, that you were very special. You loved your family, Life, and laughter. You will always be in my heart. May you rest in eternal peace.

My fondest memories of Rita were playing dominos and 45s. She often used the phrase "oh, get over it"....and it made us all laugh. It was a pleasure to share the same birthdate, Feb. 4, with her . I will miss her very much. May she rest in peace.
