Andover - Andover - Arlene Natalie Sanft, 96, of Andover, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at her home.
She was born in Lawrence on July 12, 1929, daughter of the late Louis and Henrietta (Blocker) Master.
A life long member of Hadassah, a USO Volunteer for hospitalized men and women of the Armed Forces of the United States of America, a den mother for the Cub and Boy Scouts of America, an avid gardener and long time member of the Spade & Trowel Garden Club in Andover. A caring mother and wife to her two children and husband.
Arlene was predeceased by her husband of 55 years ,Sidney Sanft and her brother Bernard Masters. She is survived by her son Marshall B. Sanft and his wife, Frances St. Peter Sanft of Westfield, MA, her daughter Renee' D. Sanft of Andover and her sister-in law Korinna Masters of Lakeland, FL.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, September 25th at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill. Interment was in the Children of Israel Cemetery, Haverhill. Contributions may be made in Arlene's memory to the organization or charity of your choice.
