Ipswich - Gary Znamierowski died peacefully at his home in Ipswich, MA, surrounded by family after a long illness on November 29, 2025.

He was born in 1973 to his late parents Carol and Gerald Znamierowski of Andover and lived the majority of his life in Andover. Gary also lived in Florida for a few years before returning to Andover. He attended Andover schools and graduated from Minuteman Regional Vocational School in 1991. For many years, Gary was employed by the town of Andover Public Works and later for other companies as a truck driver and heavy equipment operator. After becoming ill a number of years ago, he lived the remainder of his life in Ipswich under the loving care of his sister Karen and brother Jeffrey. A lover of all Boston sports teams Gary will best be remembered for his kindness and his loyalty to his friends and family. He is survived by his sister Karen Hammond of Ipswich, brother Jeffrey and his wife Marie of North Andover. Other surviving family members include nieces Katherine Hammond, Emily Znamierowski and Sophia Znamierowski; nephew Alexander Hammond.

At the request of the family, services will be private and following cremation, his remains will be buried at Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover.
