Andover - Mrs. Rosemary C. (Farrington) Surette, a longtime resident of Andover and beloved wife of the late Theodore A. Surette, passed away at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday morning, March 5, 2025. She was 87 years old.

Born in Lawrence, MA on September 11, 1937, she was the beloved daughter of the late Enos H. and Elizabeth C. (Winters) Farrington. Rosemary was a graduate of the Lawrence Public High School, Class of 1955 and had been employed by the Town of Andover as a Payroll Coordinator.

In her spare time, Rosemary enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, visiting the beach and playing games with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed.

Rosemary is survived by her loving children, Mary and her husband Michael DeSalvo of Lawrence, Maureen A. and her husband, Bruce L. Belbin of Methuen, Michael and his wife Kimberly Surette of Andover and Stephen Surette of Andover, brother-in-law; Edward 'Pete' Reming of Andover, grandchildren, Samantha, Wilson, Elizabeth, Kaitlin, Ashley and Ellie, great-grandchildren, Jack, Adalynn, Raegen and Theodore and many nieces and nephews. Rosemary was also the grandmother of the late Brian DeSalvo.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be held in the St. Augustine Cemetery in Andover.
